I visited this location to return some fish that had died because their policy is 14 days on returns for live animals. I was unaware that this is a franchise and not a corporation ran business and they do not honor other store returns. I was informed of this in one of the rudest manners as if I had deliberately killed these poor fish and was trying to pull a scam on them. Tangie & Diesel love the self-service dog wash! The Dirty Dog Discount card for 5 washes is a life saver for multiple dogs (saves $30). Each associate had excellent customer service from answering questions, to cleaning & handling each pet with care. Treats were the icing on the cake for a wonderful experience.
