Giving 3 stars for having a self service dog wash which may work for some dogs- But my most recent experience was very disappointing. I've never had a bad experience up until now. My dog has a double coat that is water resistant. It takes a long time to get the water through the coat, and get it soaped up and rinsed out. The water shut off, and I had to ask to have it turned back on. Since the previous groomer left, the quality of service at this location has gone downhill. The new groomer, Maria, clearly lacks the confidence and skills needed to groom dogs properly. Customers are wasting their time and money, and our pets are the ones suffering. My dog was poorly groomed and hurt during the process, which is completely unacceptable. Update: I went back to the store and spoke with Assitant Mgr and he was awesome! He explained the reason of the issue and it made sense. It was not Pet Supplies Plus fault, but the location of the warehouses and length of time the product is kept. The team has always been friendly and helpful. I typically order online and have my dogs food brought out to me, but the online system stopped working for me. The team member remembered me and askes why I was coming inside.
