Website is absolute trash. Gives me issues every time and what should be a quick easy process takes almost an hour to an hour and a half.
Tried to EXCHANGE (not return) an item that I had purchased just 4 days ago. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt. I have clear record of my purchase on my bank app that it was purchased at this store. I was told without receipt or them having my phone number on file that I can not exchange/return the item and get the correct item I buy lots of items from this Company and have never signed up for the rewards program because I don't want to give my info just to save a few bucks, and get daily EMAILS(so I pay full retail) ... read more
