Twice now we’ve dropped our dog off for a grooming which took 4 hours. I think the company allows to many appointments to be made and the employees can’t keep up. This time our dog sat there 4 hours and the cut is terrible. We gave it a second chance but will not be returning.
Very well stocked and affordable
I will never spend any money here again. I went to take my dog to get groomed for the first time and I had an appointment at 11. What I was told on the phone is that it will take maybe two hours but instead they had her in the crate till 1145 and then let me know that it was gonna take another hour and a half for her to even get touched. So that being said, she would be sitting in a crate with loud blow dryers running for almost 2 1/2 hours. I definitely do not recommend these groomers at all.
