all my experiences have been A+. I'm only dealing with leopard gecko cricket food though. nothing else

Store is kept impeccable clean. Staff is always energetic and helpful. Shelfs are always stocked and clearly labeled. Manager is exceptionally organized and knowledgeable.
The Mansfield Ohio Pet Supplies Plus store employees are really helpful, friendly. They are trustworthy and compassionate. MY murph will be 16 years old in June and I try to protect him from Ohio winters. He lived the first 14 yrs. of his life in a very mild winter climate in South USA.Thank you PSP. We luv you💞
I have 3 turtles. i have been going to this store for years for feeder fish. Since they have renovated, In have up there 5 times. i was able to buy fish once. the other 4 times, I was told the fish were being treated for ich. either they are the most unluckiest store for feeders or they don't know what they are doing, which is probally it. I also buy bird seed there. my son bought a leopard geeko, which is doing fine. it is convenient for me for being so close to home, but I might have to find another source. totally unsatif... read more
It doesn't make any sense the pet washing room is so RAGLY! The ramp has been broken for months which makes it dangerous and inconvenient! the hoses always leaking so the customer's and floor gets soaked..its not worth $10! And complaining goes on deaf ears!! I just left from bathing my pet and I'm just as wet as my pet!.🤬
