Super helpful people
Got a green cheek conure from here last week. a very healthy and friendly little fella! The girl that helped me (I apologize I'm bad with names) had a bird in her hair when I got there after we spoke on the phone. She helped me get everything I needed and was really smart and knowledgeable about conures. Her and June were awesome. I really like this store.
I frequent the Hickory location often, but last few times I have been in, I've been concerned for the well-being of a few of the animals, especially the ferrets. There is caked feces outside of the cage that customers are walking through as well as feces along with standing urine in their sleeping quarters that appear to have been there for quite some time.
