Bought a female Cockatiel from them in 2025. She tested positive for Avian Bornavirus. She was never in contact with another bird after she left the store. I have alerted the store manager and will be contacting their breeder that they source their birds from. This is Michael go go to store for all my pet supplies because everyone is really nice especially Robert. They have all I need in one place They always help me carry things out and they have amazing cookies for the pups… I would like to eat them myself.
