The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and knowledgeable.
They like to promote giveaways and then ghost you. I recommend shop at the Northlake Petsmart if you prefer service level and not being cheated. I’d largely switched to them bc this store was frequently out of live bugs for my reptiles but saw this and thought why not? Well because of this I suppose. This is EXACTLY why not. Super cringey thing for a store to do. Especially when you want to say you’re the “neighborhood” store. Always friendly and helpful staff!!
