If you go into Pet Supplies Plus in Concord, look for Ash. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we needed for our fur babies.
I would love to say everyone is phenomenal if that were true. I’ve come in a few times now and Ashlyn the assistant manger and Samara the store manager won’t greet me or speak to me. Everyone else is amazing. Examples are Ash, Vaughn, Katie, Salena, and Teri
The staff are very welcoming and helpful but i noticed that the management seems unstable. Samara, the manager (i believe) was very unprofessional with the way she spoke to her employees even in front of customers like me! It made me super uncomfortable and i could tell her employees were used to it. Do better management!!
Courtney is an amazing groomer and she treats my dog so well. He loves seeing her
Ash was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Our favorite pet store ever!
