I brought my dog in for a grooming appt with Rita and it was the worst I could have ever imagined. My dog is mixed with poodle and she gave him the poodle look. Although he came in looking like a teddy bear. I didn’t know the difference between a clean face/clean paws and puppy face/puppy paws. He’s only 4mths why would she shave all his hair?!
