We are new to the area so I've not spent much time shopping Pet Supplies Plus. I felt pretty good about the store, at Arlington Ridge, until one of their employees decided to discuss their own dog and the punishments and LACK of compassion for the dog endures. I for one am a HUGE animal lover and do not want to hear how an owner punches their dog, chains them or jokes, hopefully, about using a baseball bat as a tool for training against bad behaviors that are clearly learned from the dog's environment. Easy to get in and out of the store quickly. And the employees are always polite and cordial.
Bought a fish from this store and it gave my tank ich and killed most of my tank within two days. Store manager told me they could only refund the fish I bought….. I lost close to 100$ in fish because they sold me a fish with early signs of ich.
