I wasn't too happy to see my Bichon after he was groomed.Ive never owned one before so I didn't know their coat can get matted.The girl told me she would most likely have to shave him.I told her that would be ok.I also told her I didn't want his tail trimmed what so ever.I didn't notice until I got him home,she trimmed his tail anyway.She trimmed his ears and again I didn't notice until I got home.Both of his little ears were bleeding at the ends and he was cut on top of his ear and bleeding from there also.I am so angry at ... read more
