I absolutely love coming here. The staff is incredibly friendly! I needed help finding a new harness for my little guy because my Shiba mix does not like over the head harnesses and they were more than helpful. I wish I got her name but the associate did have. Astep in harness that may have worked, I did warn her that he doesn't like his paws held. She did attempt with the first try to get it on, he did snap and give Shiba attitude but she did not hesitate or back off but tried encouraging him, she and another associate even... read more
