I bought Molly’s, plecos, and irredentist sharks. Within two days one of the Molly’s died. Four days later one of my plecos died. Today one of my sharks died and I can tell the other is barely holding on. They were all covered in white spots(looks like they died off ick to me). I understand they replace and refund the fish but I have already made two trips. Looks like I’ll be making another one tomorrow and the day after. I understand that this can happen. Fantastic customer service!!!! I placed an order online and they were out of stock. After speaking with the manager about my options he told me he would call around to all the other locations and see if he could find one available and would get back with me. Just a few hours later he located the part, at a different store, and is personally picking it up for me this evening and will bring it back to the Airport Highway location so that I can pick it up tomorrow. We bought 2 animal carriers and had great service. I came back to purchase another carrier, just larger. They had sold out. They called one of their other stores to hold one for me. Just awesome service.

These people are great. Helpful kind they are like family. Just got a puppy and trying to get a harness I bought fitted was big. Went to store to buy one his size and Jeff the manager got the harness I had to tighten up some !! Wonderful people. Great manager he has his staff well trained Love you guys thanks for the rescue
