rude staff rude management and last animal i bought was a budgie that wasn't weened, had nerve damage from botched wing job and respiratory infection. most definitely will not EVER return or recommend this location!

RecommendedI came to pick up a carrier that they were holding for me. After my purchase, it started storming. It was raining and I was waiting it out. A very nice sales clerk came out with an umbrella to walk me to my car. It still was raining heavily, so I decided to wait a while longer. Awesome service. I can't say enough, just awesome service!

The lady who works with the reptiles is rude and condescending. Unpleasant to say the least.
