They dont mind the pets coming in and even are quicl to clean up and mishaps that may occur. The sales people are pretty helpful and know alot about the animals. Walked in and wasn't greeted... staff seemed disinterested in both of us and our dogs. Finally got one associate's attention and asked about how to redeem the Dirty Dog Club card. She rudely stated, 'have them validate it...' and just blankly stared at me. I asked, 'who's them, the cashier?' Marcia their groomer is amazing!!! Keith the manager is outstanding n he is the heart of this store!!! our shepherd was petrified of getting a bath n Marsha said let me try...i have time n took our girl along with Keith helping...n our girl didnt have any issues n had the best experience. we were shocked. she smells amazing n looks beautiful!!! I just watched the lady grooming a dog being very rough and when she saw me she acted like she was teasing horrible service not even my dog. Oh I made a comment to them I would not recommend this lady 9-1-2020 @410pm

I have a question I put my application in to dog grooming a while ago and I heard nothing i have 2 year experience as bathing a dog I did a program called small animal science at Canton south please i was hoping I would of got called for a interview soon I'm inneed for a job ASAP really need a job and love animals so think this is the job I want to try.
