I purchased a bunny from this location about 10 days ago and bunny is sick with and upper respiratory infection. I've been in contact with the store, my vet and the District manager for the location. All of the managers told me to just return the bunny so they could resell. They also were not willing to help me at first. The district manager even wouldn't call me back. Instead of dealing with my issue the dm gave me a bag of food. I am extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend pet supplies plus to anyone.
After many failed grooming trips to various groomers, I decided to take my dog to Pet Supplies Plus. I was somewhat skeptical, but Panda came out looking perfect. The grooming staff was very helpful, professional and asked many questions about how I would like my dog to look. You can tell they took their time grooming her. When I picked her up she looked just like I wanted her to look and even had bows in her hair :) Great service and great grooming skills. I would recommend them to everyone! Corina Panda's Mom
