I used Alexis as my Groomer for Sadie. My pup is 14 yo and can be very challenging. I gave her one calming pill and she just wanted to lay down. At least she didn't fight Alexis about everything! All things considered Alexis did an amazing job. I will use her again, and I am glad Pet Supply Plus is now offering this service.
I had a grooming appointment for my dog today at Pet Supplies Plus and was very disappointed with the experience. I was told the grooming would take about 1 to 1.5 hours, but after 1 hour and 40 minutes I received a call from the groomer asking if they could shave my dog because she had “serious gnats.” I declined, as I did not want my dog shaved, and told them I would pick her up instead. New policies sends me back to Chewy. Rewards are too difficult to redeem. I lost $25 in rewards because they remove any accumulated points that I had. Manager said too bad for you. I purchased canned cat food and my cat won't eat it and they do not give you store credit or refund. When I purchased it I was told returning unused would not be an issue. This cost me close to $50. Expiration date on these is August 2027 and they have this item on the shelf. I spent around $200 a month at this store and I am done.
