We have brought our dog here a few times to get groomed so this rating is based on that. The first few times went good. The last experience was horrible. I got a call that our dog was cut by the cutters but they got it contained. That was not too big of a deal I understand things happen. What I dont understand is how im charged for a full grooming when my dog only got her body hair shaved. She didnt look like she was bathed as her face still looked dirty, she didn't smell clean. I won't be coming back here

They had what I wanted and a coupon made it more affordable. I liked the samples of freeze dried treats. My dog loved them and I ended up buying a bag for her. It’s so nice to try out treats before buying them.
