Love this store so much! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Great deals and amazing products. My dog knows when we are driving there and gets super excited like 3 blocks away!
Prices are half of Petco and Petsmart, and the service is doubly better. Plenty of inventory, but the store is still small enough to navigate. This is my new stop for my cat's many needs!

Ever since this place opened up near us, we ditched the pet super stores. It's close by, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and we don't have to roam a giant warehouse of a store. Even though it is boutique-style, it doesn't have boutique prices. We always get good deals and lots of coupons. I love their selection of hamsters and small pet food in bulk. I tried to talk to both a salesperson a female, and a female manager as a female, both were unable to comprehend the problem. I bought expired food. Please explain why expired food is for sale if it means the hairball remedy has left the food. My cat developed serious hairball blockage which is potentially fatal. I told them about it. Manager said it was my fantasy that the hairball remedy would still work. Wow. Now insult me after an ordeal with my pet! They don't care about pets! They don't care, end of story.
Love the people that work here and they love my pup! Thanks for making her first trip to the "toy store" extra fun for her on her birthday, and for being so nice! She loves her special treat!
