You guys are all fantastic. Always friendly, cheerful, and love to talk about animals. I've only returned an item once but it was a no hassle no questions asked and I was given a refund. I love that products are rotated and things are on sale often. The associates are so much fun to have conversations with and tonight a gentleman helped me find the right food for my very picky husky. She LOVED it and I'm so thankful I asked for help. The rewards card is a must for pet lovers!! So many great deals and coupons.

My family just keeps growing! We got a dog and cats, 2 fish tanks, 2 turtles (and 2 human kids too)! My husband and I absolutely love Pet Supplies Plus for all of our needs! The price is right and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cares about each and every animal! Always a wonderful experience, which is great since we seem to always be there, in need of something!

Anyone looking for friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service? Then this is the place to shop! My dog loves her store. It is like she is part of the family when ever we come into the store. All the employees are great. For a smaller pet store they carry more merchandise than you expect. Try it and you won't want to shop elsewhere.
