My third time shopping at pet supplies plus each time I had the manager Gabby. And I am never spending my money at a place that hires such a rude manager representing a place of business. One, she was rude as could be, two. She acted like she doesn't care about any customers needs, and three, she even went to another employee while I was still in the store talking about me. I will let all my friends and family know to not waste their time going In there. Time to find another pet store!
Never in my life have I been to a business where I've been treated with such disrespect. I believe the girls name was Gabby with the short hair, I know there are 2 Gabbys that work there, the other one was extremely nice. But she had a terrible attitude. She then at one point turned to another employee talking about me where it was considerably noticable. Its such a shame that a busiess could hire somebody with such an attitude. New location great! New store beautiful!! New manager, needs customer service skills class. she was very nonchalant with a customer returning an item, acted as if she didn't care, observed her walking through the store, acting as if she didn't want to be there. new employees all around, not impressed by them either. we want the old management back, it was always a friendly atmosphere, now it's cold, uninviting, and corporate, not a good change Pet Supplies Plus. now excuse me I have to go order some dog food on chewy.com 😁
