Beth and the blonde lady are always so kind and helpful even when I want a thousand crickets they even special ordered some for me. Their customer service goes above and beyond some of the other local pet stores. I drive a little further to come here.

Love the customer service, miss beth, isaac.Oh, let me not forget about E i love them all. And I can honestly say they care about my dog Dexter. And Lucy, the lizard LOL Definitely 10 out of 10.
They didn’t have what I needed - but the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful! Told me where I can find what I am looking for. Nice store and associates I just wish they had saltwater fish ):
