What ever the name of the place is that does the adoption for the cats is HORRIBLE! Selling sick cats, we had to BEG for the medication which now because it WASENT EVEN THE CORRECT ONE. now she has permanent scarring on her lungs. They aren’t who they claim to be. Mean to the cats, not professional at all. Tried taking our cat back, telling us the cat will die. I was met by a team member by the name esbeydy. He gave great customer service at my vist. He was ver6 acknowledgeable of helping me purchase fish. Helped me get the right supplies and all thanks for giving great customer service!
Very nice staff! Very informative when I have questions. I think it’s very clean and there are great prices at pet supermarkets compared to other big companies like pet smart and petco. I didn’t know this until recently, as I thought the small the business the bigger the prices but I was wrong!
