RecommendedFoster dog Mopsy and I stopped in today for the first time and we love it! Staff is SUPER friendly and really made Mopsy girl feel like a rock star. I love places with excellent customer service and these folks delivered it. Thank you so much. We will be back!
Service has been good at the store till management changeed end of 2009. We were customers since the store opening, having dogs, cat and tank of fish. Returning merchanidise was never an issue with propper receipts, however the new manager seems stressed and can't really talk to customers in a coherent manner. Sorry, will not visit that store again.
