Do a water test at Pet Supermarket before buying fish. I barely go to Pet Supermarket due to trust issues, So I decided to go last Saturday. I bought a pleco Saturday and on Monday found it dead. So I went back with the fish to exchange it and they gave me another one. I gave them my water so they could to water test and everything was good. Generally, I like the store; however, twice now I've gone to get feeder fish and I've been told that the clerk was "stocking inventory" and couldn't get fish for me. Is it more important to stock inventory than to help a customer who is paying for something? The prices are good, though, and the store is clean. Generally, the clerks are friendly.
The cat scratch post the 20 inch. On your app said $17. When i got there it was $29.99 but my cats needed it so I bought it.. out of 7 cat stands two did not have price On them and the one I was looking at did not. Went to the front two employees standing there i ask about the price she said bring it up here I will tell you the price. I thought one could have just walked back there and helped out. Your store staff is very friendly ESPECIALLY Cortney she is the lady that handled my hamster and also my sister's hamster. Cortney is very gentle with hamsters that I have seen. FIVE STARS FOR CORTNEY IN KEY WEST FL.
