I am absolutely shocked (in the best way!) at how amazing the service was at this Pet Supermarket on University in Coral Springs. Julie went above and beyond — she took her time, answered all my questions, and explained everything I needed to know about feeding my ball python. I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful and knowledgeable she was. 100% satisfied with the customer service here. Highly recommend!
We had a really nice experience shopping here for our new pet bunnies. The staff are always kind and patient and take the time to answer all of your questions. They are knowledgable about all of the animals and help you figure out exactly what you need. Steven (Assistant Manager, I believe) was especially accommodating and helpful to us. He was very kind and patient and helped us with our new bunnies when we had questions/issues or just weren't sure what to do in certain situations. Its chaos. There is no organizing the line. Certain customers believe they have privilege and cut you.
