Yesterday I was kicked out of Pet Supermarket in Daphne, Alabama for not wearing a mask. It is your choice as a business to make this move and my choice to never support you again. I will gladly spend my $$$ elsewhere. Goodbye!
This is the SECOND time I’ve called ahead to check hours, show up and the store is closed. Please...either update your information or don’t bother having an outgoing phone message. This is annoying and unprofessional. I get that we are in a pandemic, but this is super frustrating.

RecommendedI just wanted to compliment your store manager at store number 178 in Port Orange FL. after traveling to both port orange stores, the new Smyrna store and the Ormond beach store I came up empty handed when looking for a large cat tree. The only store actually willing to help me find one was store 178. I left my number with Tim so he could call me if he found one, not only did he call within just a couple hours he also drove to Deland to get the tower for me and even delivered it to me. RecommendedI am so glad my husband and I stopped here. we fell in love with a little green cheeked conure there. We just came in for fish and lizard food. The staff is genuinely caring and concerned about there clients and animals. Dallas and I will be forever grateful for our little Mango. Thank you to Amanda, Lauren and Kate. We will be back soon to bring back the borrowed cage!!! TY.
