A cashier in your store this morning when asked why she was not wearing a mask told a customer she didn’t have to wear a mask because she had asthma and that the customer could leave if she did not like it. So, no I do not recommend Pet Supermarket. You may not wear a mask for medical reasons but that is no excuse to be rude to a customer. This is the Pet Supermarket in Highland Shopping Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
I was treated very rudely this morning by the cashier. I asked if they were supposed to be wearing masks (there is a sign on the door that says they are required but that apparently only applies to customers). She told me that she had asthma and a doctors note and if I didn’t like it I could leave. I guess the other employee has a note too cause she wasn’t wearing one either. RecommendedI don’t know about all the other Budgies they have for sale but the one I bought, is the sweetest and cuddliest Budgie ever!! Soon as I brought him home, he demanded out of his cage and wanted to ride around on my shoulder instead, and has refused to go back in his cage. Eats right out of my hand too! ❤️
Terrible customer service at this location. I try to buy cases of ultra ocean stew or venison stew and always out. I ask about it and told “a guy comes in and buys us all out” and i say “well can you just hold a case for me? I’ll even pay in advance “. No it’s first come first serve He cones and buys it all out. How many dogs is this guy feeding to buy cases every week ? And screw the rest of us ? It’s a pandemic. Can’t you limit how many a guy is buying so the rest your customers aren’t screwed ? Very poor service.
