sold me wrong fish. wanted 2 blue scars. sold me one and one sunfower or something killed blue scars. wanted to return and get 2 blue scars. would not do. asked for receipt. who has a receipt 4 months later for fish. why would I lie about 10 dollars. it's the point they sold wrong fish. spent alot of money there. garret, bearded dragon, birds. won't shop there again. been going there since they opened, no more.
I walk up to the door at 8:58 pull on it it’s locked the girl(KAITLYN) looks up goes back to what she’s doing I knock on the door she says we’re closed I said it’s 8:58 she goes we’re closed i said I’ll call corporate or get me your manager (i got stuck at work all day today and I waited to long to get dog food and was out or I would have just let it go) she then says the words “oh my fing God” walks and opens up the door and says to me “it actually is 9 o’clock so make it quick” So snarky....then I ask “where is the manager... read more
This place is amazing!!!!! The staff is absolutely incredible!!! I brought in a stray puppy that I had just rescued off the streets to get a bath. The manager explained the wash to me and let me take as much time as we needed as this pup was covered in fleas! After about 30 minutes of bathing him the manager came back over and told us that there was no charge today for the wash. I can’t thank them enough for what they did!!! It was such an amazing experience and we will definitely be back! �
