Fish department was disgusting, ich, fin rot, dying fish in most of the filthy aquariums! Meanwhile employees joking around on their phones! Will never go to this particular store again.

store is nice but need new or different kind of dryer for dog wash station! was so loud my dog went almost into full blown siesure! awful! shame on you. for a pet Care center to have one like that is beyond me!!!!!
Their cashiers are ridiculously rude the one I had today actually threw the receipt at me thank God she didn’t throw the money back. And this isn’t the first time but this one definitely was the rudest.Bailey i’ll avoid her from now on.And I just have to say I don’t think I can say any of them has ever said thank you when you hand them the money I think they need a new training program Especially one that teaches you to say Thank You (thank you for your business)
I was very impressed with customer service to day Chad not only helped me with my rewards program I earned my free bag of food that was quite heavy he went in the back and picked it up for me he then also carried it to my car. I also have been asking for some frozen food for my other dog and the store is now having it completely stocked very very happy customer service is excellent well done Chad
every time I go to The Sarasota Florida Beeridge Store. they are always out of Crickets. and always tell me.. they will be in tomorrow. i go back the next day and they tell me the same thing. something has to be done about this. this is a weekly problem..
Terrible fish department. Whole tank of fish with ich and their bettas are awful! I told the girl the bettas are dying and she said “if you tap on them, they’re completely fine”. Lack of knowledge with employees and I saw a betta for $37.99 and it looked like it was on its way out. Would never purchase fish from this store.
Went into the store today about a hamster. After asking an employee some questions, she didn't know much, and then to hold him, in less than one minute the hamster bit me three times drawing blood. They allowed me to get cleaned up in the employee bathroom but no one ever came to me to see if I was ok, if I needed first aid or anything. Their prices are cheap for supplies but I never would buy an animal from there.
The lady manager was very rude to me when I brought back some dead molly I just bought the day before. She was rude and unprofessional. I haven't been back since.
