Jake rules. He went above and beyond for me. 4 stars because selection for small pet supplies is mid.
I go here a lot for my mini bernedoodle to get her toys. I have found they have some of the better selection when it comes to more natural chews for her as well as the Scouts Honor brand, we really like their grooming and dental products and Pet Supermarket carriers quite a few. Since I am downtown Burlington, this is probably the best pet store on my side of town and the people are always very nice!
Sometimes, the cashiers are VERY slow to get to the register to check a customer out. They just continue to talk or do whatever but not consider the customer a priority.
love coming to this location staff are super cool talkative attentive to your needs. such a good vide going in there to get stuff for my bearded dragon. will not go to any pet store unless i have to due to no crickets or uvb bulbs etc for my dragon. billy joe allison ben cathy all the staff are awesome. so glad i found this gem of a place
It's decent. Over priced, to be expected though. Good selection, I got a betta fish and a small 2 gallon tank and the younger girl that helped us get our fish made a comment and it kind of rubbed me the wrong way, especially when they have them in a half full cup of water. Without the attitude though, it's a nice place lol
