Rude and prejudiced staff and clientele! I am BLACK and have been snubbed several times in this location. This was the last straw! Trying to make a purchase and was ignored by the white clerk who was chatting with a white customer in the other aisle. The white customer then engaged in haggling with me. Stood there in front of the tanks for no less than 20min without as much as a greeting. Was planning on buying a bunch of fish, but not interested if you can’t even bother to offer your help. If you are going to offer the same products as every other pet store, but charge a premium, there better be a reason. And customer service obviously isn’t it.

I love this store and the fact that they have such a great selection of healthy treats. The pet photo events are fun and Jonathan in particular is always so helpful with wrangling my pack and getting great photos of them.
Fish department was disgusting, ich, fin rot, dying fish in most of the filthy aquariums! Meanwhile employees joking around on their phones! Will never go to this particular store again.

They had what I was looking for! They have sooooo many bird toys that are great for pet rats, too 🐁🍀🐁🍀🐁 And the employees were nice and very helpful. I made some cool toys with the chews I purchased. 🤗
