This is the first time I’ve ever given anyone a negative rating but I had a Terrible experience today. The cashier was extremely nice and helpful but the supervisor was absolutely snarky and rude. Stopped in today to get bugs if they had any, majority of time they do not. Got wax worms and treats and asked employee if they had crickets, she said maybe a dozen or 2, asked her to get me some. She brought them in a tied plastic bag and I asked if they possibly had cups or the containers like worms are in with air holes. She said no, the bag was fine and they would last a long time. Don't allow employees to put pets on "hold". We called earlier today to see if they had any leopard geckos. I was told they had one. So we took our son there to get a gecko for the aquarium setup he got for Christmas. Went in, asked one of the employees to show us the gecko. He said, "sure". He was about to take us to it and the female employee yelled his name. He went over to her and then came back to us. Then tells us the only leopard gecko they have is on hold by an employee. Never again will we shop here.
I expressed my personal experience what I have seen in the store which we was appalled to see many dead fish in several tanks and ask them to please take care of it and no reply or anything at all til a month later got email saying they will contact them about it and went there other day I don’t see any changes and yet my review post has been deleted.. Really? Trying to hide all the negative reviews? To make them look good?
the staff is very friendly and informative i just got my crestie there and was so happy they had exactly what i was looking for my family and i will definitely be returning customers
I got hermit crabs from here a few days ago. My experience was pretty good. I then came back to buy the conditioner for the salt water and fresh drinking water. I only saw one for the salt water. So I asked a lady if they had any for the fresh drinking water. She let me know the salt water is what they needed and that was all they needed. She was pretty condescending about it.
