This is the coolest store ever!!! It is a real pet store. There are not any more stores around like this. They have cool pets like tarantulas snakes shark eggs chinchillas..omg!!! Love the owner lady! She is so nice and sings at work..hahaha
I'd say, "OMG! You have to go to this store!" My hesitation for going into this store over the past few has been the size. I haven't been a big fan of mom and pop pet stores since working for my Aunt's shop during those summers in Jr High & High School. I love her but she had no clue as I look back. I visited Pet Super Store today and found them to be wonderful!!! I was greeted by two members of the staff - imagine that!! Not only were they all so very nice and helpful, they actually knew what the heck they were talking about! My dog has 'hot spots' and Frank recommended a great product that I've not tried before. This is a great shop that has everything you need, and if they don't they can get it quickly! Quality live stock, employees who can correctly answer questions, not just make a good guess, fantastic customer service, and hours to accomodate even the busiest of schedules. The long and short of it, this is the best shop around!
Nice to know that the same people will be there each time I go in. They listen, they're helpful, they're fun, and always seem more than glad to help. Love the variety of pets they have and it's THE place to go for products and service!
When I walked in just to get a few things, I was amazed to find how helpful and informative everyone there was. The store was incredibly clean which was something I didn't expect from a non big box store. If you live nearby and have pets you love, you should definitely give this one a try!
