Paid for next day air. The shipped it to arrive in 5 days. Did not refund me for the shipping, ask if that was ok, or notify me so I cannot cancel the order. I have to wait while they have my money and get a return label to ship it back. Dishonest thieves.
Don't buy from this company the clippers don't work 3 of 7 of my blades came rusted the customer service is clueless and only offer discounts the product is overpriced but it was an emergency for me then they shipped the wrong shampoo
