I bought 2 rats and a small cage from this store. The crate was not strong enough and the rats escaped. I returned bought two more and built a stronger cage. I was supposed to have been given 2 female rats. Today, I find a litter of babies and when I called the store, they told me too bad, it's been longer than 14 days. Beware, they do not know the equipment nor the sex of the rats.
This is a local owned pet store that knows how to treat its customers!!
