They are a super clean and well stoked. Toe nail trims $6 !
Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly owner. They no longer carry the food my son feeds his dog, but they ordered it. We picked it up the next day. And my son can just call them to reorder and we don't have to source it elsewhere. My son spoke to the lady about some issues his dog was having and she was knowledgeable about GSs and what not to feed them. We also buy tendons here for our dog. My son feels their pricing is very reasonable. They have a self service dog wash, that he will use. And they trim nails.
I’ve been taking my dog there since they opened to Amber. I have never been more disappointed. She nicked my dog right above his penis area and never told me about it. The hole was the size of the top of my pinkie. When I messaged her about it. she stated she did not notice that she had nicked my dog. My dog was traumatized, crying and shaking for 3 days hiding under the bed. I even sent her a picture of the injury and she still did nothing about it.
