Dangerous ramp to get large elderly dogs to the tub. They just need to get some steps. Workers were a little rude when I suggested steps. My 11 year old German Shepherd left there being traumatized. Ill never go back. In response to your reply: I NEVER said your employees traumatized my dog. The ramp traumatized my dog! Your tubs need steps for the older big dogs. What I did say is that your employees were rude when I made them aware of my situation. Watch the video and be truthful.
They are always friendly and helpful to us, my little girl loves their treats! She loves to see them!
