Dr. Strom is a special person and a gift. She helped me transport my 14 year old dog on an oxygen tank from the hospital so we could say goodbye at home. It was heart-wrenching but Dr. Strom's compassion, empathy, care, and professionalism made the process so much more bearable. Dr.Lu was absolutely amazing! I called 12 different companies and even though it wasnt the least expensive i just really liked the way she spoke with me on the phone. She was very compassionate and so very helpful with the whole process of doing a at home rainbow bridge crossing. I highly recommend her! Thanks again!
Dr. Lu came on fairly short notice to help us get our 17 year old Wheaton across the rainbow bridge. She was very gentle and caring with our Chowder. She let us take our time to say goodbyes.
