Dr. Lu is a true blessing to our Babygirl and our family. I will never use anyone else for all our animals. She is so graceful, she has such an angelic way she deals with our babies. Completely goes way above and beyond in circumstances that couldn't be avoided. I would give her 105 stars if I could. Thank you for all you do for everyone!!!
We cannot thank Dr. Strom enough for coming to our house on short notice to help our 16 year old, Rylee, cross the rainbow bridge. She is so compassionate and helped us through the entire process, gave us the time we needed to tell stories of Rylee’s life and to say goodbye. Thank you for the gift of at home euthanasia. Dr. Strom is a special person and a gift. She helped me transport my 14 year old dog on an oxygen tank from the hospital so we could say goodbye at home. It was heart-wrenching but Dr. Strom's compassion, empathy, care, and professionalism made the process so much more bearable. She explained everything, was incredibly patient, and gave us time to say goodbye.
