the people who work there not nice.they not volunteer to do a nothing. they are rude and walk in front of customers.and block their walkway. and hard to walk.the the employees walk fast behind them.Them is the customers.
Super Customer Care Pet Mania is an excellent business. I have large parrots, and they order Roudybush in 50 lb bags for me. I have found all of the people that work there very helpful and courtious. They always go out of their way to help me with any questions, or ordering something I want that no one else will even talk to you about. The store is packed with items for dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles that can not be found anywhere else. The service can not be equaled. confusing layout – Cat food on shelves with dog food. Very time consuming to look for one or the other. Should have separate aisles for cat food and dog food.
Great store for small pets I have been going to Pet Mania for years. They always have the supplies I need for my reptiles, bunnies, frogs and fish. I have also purchased things for my dogs and cats. If they don't have it, they will order it and call you when it comes in. I have always had friendly service. Because it is a small store, I have had to wait for help once in a while but never for very long. I recommend them.
Love the Service at this store! – Pet Mania is great, it's the only place I have found that carries Wysong - the dog food I feed my Maltese. It's a wonderful food, all natural and because there is no artificial colors it prevents the tear staining that white dogs tend to get. Donna orders it for me when I need a supply and it's always there on Tuesdays and she calls me to let me know it's in. I love the fact that the food comes in 4lb bags as my girls don't eat that much that way it stays fresh and they LOVE their Wysong foo... read more
An original Pet Store amongst giants This is one of the earliest Pet stores still standing, fighting the giant mega-stores popping up everywhere. Their selection can fluctuate, but they do have items not to be found elsewhere, and will order most anything needed. They are really pleasant, and show that they care about the customer.
Messy, bad service. This store is very crowded and disorganized. I had a hard time finding what I needed and both staff members were occupied, so I had to fend for myself. I eventually found what I was looking for, but the service was unfriendly. Their selection wasnt very impressive, so I probably will not go back.
