I visited this pet shop recently and left feeling deeply disappointed—not because of the products, but because of the complete lack of consideration for accessibility. The aisles between shelves are extremely narrow, making it almost impossible to navigate with a wheelchair. Poor quality and safety concerns - No safety seal! I recently purchased a jar of freeze-dried salmon treats for my cat from this shop, but I was extremely disappointed upon opening it. The safety seal was missing, and the salmon cubes were not crispy at all—they were tough and rubbery, which is a clear sign that they aren't fresh or have been exposed to air for a long time.
