I visited the shop on 4 July at around 9.30pm to purchase 60 cans of cat food. At the counter, the staff scanned and counted 65 cans. I asked her to check again, and after recounting, she insisted that there were indeed 65 cans. As there was a queue forming behind me, I decided not to dispute it further and trusted her count. However, when I got back and checked the items myself, I confirmed that there were only 60 cans, not 65. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Should avoid this branch next time.

actually kenapa ya staff always badmood ??? kenapa mesti double standard layan customer ? you ingat i datang every time minta free ke ?? kalau tak berminat nak kerja, jangan kerja lah. face expressions tu nampak sangat tak suka customer walk in masuk kedai you. semua sama je either staff perempuan atau lelaki. semua kerja pun penat, tapi customer datang bayar untuk beli. bukan free. you penat, you balik. jangan layan customer macam apa. i perasan lah, kalau kita masuk just nak beli kibbles small pack je, memang you akan buat... read more

Staff doesn't know the diff between sinking and floating food for aquarium fish. Small shop yet very weak product knowledge. Highly recommend to educate staff on products or just a self-checkout machine.
