Very helpful staff, from inquiring items to taking them on the cashier they help me with my concerns. Some prices on the shelf were discounted upon paying however some products weren't also updated and it went up upon payment. For instance, the wipes. You have to set an appointment with them to have your pet groomed. We brought our pet walk in today. We'll never do it again. We brought him in at 10:30. After 6½ hours, they haven't finished with him. They aren't even aware that my dog has been with them for 6½ hours. Before it only took him 2 hours even without appointment. It seems they're not attentive to the time walk in clients come in.
