This is our 4th attempt to have our pet groomed but I am not surprised they couldn’t accommodate us. First attempt, cut off. Pangalawa, we came early but merong scheduled big dogs. Pangatlo, “the groomer will decide if kaya pa nya” but pagod na daw. All of these are totally understandable and I’m not expecting them to remember us or my dog to maybe give us onting consideration after many attempts, diba. Today wala daw mag g-groom. misleading yung sale or promo price nila pag nasa counter ka na bigla iba ung price.
Very helpful staff, from inquiring items to taking them on the cashier they help me with my concerns. Some prices on the shelf were discounted upon paying however some products weren't also updated and it went up upon payment. For instance, the wipes. But nevertheless, I think I found my go to place for my cats items. They have all I'm looking for
