Always have problem in payment. The staffs are not responding.
Came here to buy some medicine for my cats, shows the photo to a staff, ask me to wait, and nobody care about me anymore. Asked 2nd time, the staff call me to ask beside counter, I asked she said got and ask me how many I want, I said 2 then she went to do others thing and forgot about me. Until I go search it the product from the shelter then I asked the 3rd staff for 3rd time only told me no stock. Wasted my 30 min of waiting end up only know the product is out of stock.
