It is SUCH A SCANDAL to keep animals that way. How in 2026 it is possible to have animals in extremely small cages, under light with no where to rest. Animals are not items neither product. ��pet Lovers�� you should definitely change the name of the store. This is really an unacceptable way to ��sell �� animals. I had a fantastic experience at PLC, thanks to a staff member named Kai (or Khai). I spent over an hour talking with him, and he patiently explained the differences in dog food quality, ingredients, and pricing without ever making me feel rushed. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping customers really stood out.
