I want to say a huge thank you to Carol and her team for helping me purchase an XL dog carrier. She kindly went to another outlet to bring it in her car to the Bukit Indah branch. This helped me so much and made the pick up easy and convenient for me. The professional and friendly manner with which that this was handled deserves all 5 stars.
