The branch in Bandar Puteri Puchong which I brought my poodle & English Bulldog named BRODY & BAILEY since they were puppy shut down. They didn’t notify us when shut down, do appreciated they do so as my dog’s record with them. They always keep changing doc and make us need to explain again my dog’s condition when need consultation. But the staffs in Bandar Puteri Branch were very friendly though.
Poorest customer service ever experienced by far. The sales staffs are all inexperienced. Bought a puppy dog food ERA for my puppy Pincher. After few days of consumption, it triggers allergies for my dog and sent him to a vet. Went back to this outlet to request for an exchange for another range but was asked to contact their CS portal. After all the trouble of explaining, they insist for an exchange. Price wise is expensive. That's my 2 cents, do choose wisely.

Last weekend when I went, the 2 lady staffs are so nice 🥹 She even helped me to carry 10kg of bedding to my car that is kinda far away. Thank you so so much!!!
