The employee was damn kind to even give my wounded hamster some antiseptic foc, the was she quickly did it without hard selling any supplements itself shows how much hospitality they have, thank you staff isha and fatinnn.. WE LOVED YOU
Bad customer service. Didnt allow qr payments. But last time can. He also didnt explain why. Looking for cat food with pumpkins. Searching myself,again no help from staffs. If bad mood can ask for cuti or look for other place to work. Usually after payment they ask u to press customer service button. This time no. I also didnt receive any receipt after payment.
Went in the store at 10.14pm and wanted to buy foods for my kids but straightly said -oh dah closing- no sorry no thank you no nothing. And when i go through the google review the visitors are mostly pissed. Well at least a sorry? I know they can actually wait for the customers but they chose not to. Was planning to just grab the cat food lesser than 5minutes. Absolutely sassy attitude.
