Very good service with super helpful staff! I called ahead to ask if a specific food was in stock, the staff there answered the phone immediately, they were very polite, and I managed to get the food for my sick cat. A lot of choice also, many different cat treats there. Parking is easy and free at this mall.

There was no staff at the shop, just a note saying they were away for the toilet or prayer. I tried calling the number provided but no one answered. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and still no one has returned. It’s such a bad experience — why have a shop open if no one is there to assist customers?
