Made an appointment with their Pet Lodge. I called to confirm the vaccine records were received and that my pet was cleared for the scheduled stay. After showing up they said he needed some K9 flu vaccine I've never heard of before. They wanted to charge me over $80 for some kind of wellness exam before charging me for the “vaccine”. I also called several times to get the stay confirmation and they had apparently had my wrong email despite me emailing them the vaccines with my email address.
