Huge shoutout to Charles — an absolute lifesaver!! My dog rolled in the mud and was a total mess, and my friend refused to let us back in the car (understandably 😂). Charles let me use his space to give my dog a bath for free — no hesitation, just pure kindness. He seriously saved the day. I can’t thank him enough for being so generous and understanding. I came in the store today looking for food to help my dog who was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. Charlie immediately greeted me and asked if he could help. I told him by situation, and he was so patient and helpful in finding the right food. He even offered to allow me to take a sample, and I am so grateful for his help. It's been a very hard week with this diagnosis and coming to Pet Food Express and being helped by Charlie made such a positive impact. Thank you!!
