kind of like a costco for pet food This store was a big help..we went in to ask questions about finding a puppy... They gave us suggestions where to look. The store is neat and very clean.. The employees were exceptionally friendly. The prices were very comparable to other stores in the area. I would recommend this to anyone. PROS: clean..neat CONS: none
Local Store, Chain Store Feel Pet Food Express offers a wide range of pet care products. Its cavernous store feels like a chain store a la Petco or PetsMart but the staff offer friendly and personal service like a local store. However because the range of products is very general, you may not find exactly what youre looking for if youre interested in a very specialized product.
Pet Food Express is great! I drive out of my way, past Petco to go to this store. They know more about their products and help more than bigger chains like Petco. They guarantee their products as well.
Great place to buy natural pet products I am the proud owner of a dog with a big allergy problem. Pet Food Express is the only pet store around that sells the food and other products that we use to help him with his allergies.
Pet Food and a great place to wash your pet without the mess This is one of the few stores in the area which has a very wide variety of pet foods and products. They also has a pet wash facility where you can wash your pet without all the mess and hassle; warm water, large tubs at a comfortable level with pet stairs to help them up. short leashes attached to the walls so they don't escape. and every little snacks for the good girls and boys after (or maybe before) their baths.
Low Prices and Good Service This Place is very well stocked with just about everything you could need for your pet. The employees are great and the store is very clean and well maintained. The only problem i have is they don't except Credit Cards! There is ample parking though except for the Credit Cards this is a great pet store. PROS: Great Products CONS: No Credit Cards
Employees Who are Friendly with Both Humans & Animals! Employees Who are Friendly with Both Humans & Animals! The employees at Pet Food Express deserve a round of applause. They are some of the friendliest employees I have seen in any type of store. The place is cheaper than most other pet food stores, such as Petco and even Pet Club. The environment welcomes customers with open arms, as the place seems to be clean almost all of the time. Definitely worth a visit for pet lovers.
