Shopping here is like getting a big dose of dopamine! When you walk in the door, the very friendly staff is so welcoming. Everyone who works here is absolutely crazy about animals, and they are so kind and sweet. The variety of products available in the store is amazing, and their buy three, get one free deal is fantastic. I'm always so happy when I realize that it's time to go to Pet Food Express on Telegraph!
My fur baby just had 4 pups. And wasn't really producing. Rushed over there . Empty store ,two female workers Acknowledged me entering and greeted with a sincere smile. ( Great customer service) Not to pushy but engaged. Helped me with what I needed knew exactly what to do and what to buy . I had a budget and she was great at product suggesting . originally my roommate had told me to go to PETCO.. but... I'm glad I found PET FOOD EXPRESS first. I will be back
They have everything you and people are so nice here!
The workers are extremely friendly and helpful! They gave me free samples to try out for my cats and gave me good advice
