New faces & experiences got me positive vibe. I like area & environment
The staff welcome you like a celebrity when you walk in. They are all very knowledgeable and if they happen to not know something they will find someone who does. They always offer help with my giant bags of dog food. When it's bath time for my puppers, all the staff greet him and are super on top of assisting. They are always efficient and quick to assist. This is one of my favorite places to go to get dog food there is a picture of my dog's up in the Pinole store. Customer service is amazing everybody is always nice and very helpful also one of my favorite things to do is take my dog there to give them baths. If you want to be around good people good atmosphere come here and do your shopping.
The store is well-stocked and organized. The employees are helpful.
