Nice people works there. Don't follow your gps, go 295n to exit 20 RI122 Mandon rd and right at Martin rd,go down the hill after railroad crossing the road will be at your rt,and don't be more than 10 minutes late, they will charge 200 for unloading or you can reschedule for the next appointment availability. I don't know about overnight parking. They started 4am unloading me,fast unloading, they will bring the paperwork to you.

Fast unload, overnight parking on the street, took me longer find the check in door than it did to get empty. If you park overnight wake up and be ready at 3am. I was told the security guard comes out and checks you in. Otherwise you need to walk to the door, which has no signs and is on the opposite side of the building, past the dumpster.
Best place to deliver to delivery at 4 and they came to my truck on the street and gave me a door in and out in 15 minutes not all drivers but it's my experience.
